-Duration: 1.5 hours (this includes warmup and post workout)
- Warmup that will consist of stretching. Stretching is so important and I try to emphasize this to anyone who trains with me. This will allow you to reach those full range of motion with all exercises
-Strength Training: Depending on what you chose to workout, exercises will vary. Whether you’re a beginner or advance I can help you reach those goals one workout at a time 🤝🏼
-Post workout summary: I will ask you about your nutrition and what your overall goals are to create a plan specialized for your goals.✨
